Glenrosa is a wonderful rural retreat in scenic Metchosin. The restaurant is open for lunch, country tea, and dinner service. The philosophy for the restaurant centers around local, organic, and seasonal fare. The menu will change often so come by and see what Chefs Steve, April, and Nao have prepared!

Glenrosa is a farm, rich in local and family history. It's former residents have left a distinct heritage. Glenrosa's guests can share its captivating history through stories, photos and artifacts. The owners carry on some of the traditions of the pioneers ... returning the name to Glenrosa, furthering its agricultural endeavours, maintaining a strong connection to the community, and welcoming others, as those before have done.

In present day, Glenrosa operates as a small working farm. Local produce for the restaurant is grown on-site. The 100+ year old apple trees are harvested every fall and find their way into pies and desserts at that time of year. They maintain a flock of chickens for farm-gate egg sales and a small herd of aging sheep for wool and a couple of donkeys for ... entertainment?
