Royal Bay Bakery produces a wide variety of made-from-scratch goods using quality ingredients with the knowledge and skill of certified bakers and chefs. Products range from classic bakery offerings of bread, buns, pastries, and sweets, to café-deli style savoury rolls and coffee. Royal Bay Bakery also offers a delectable take-away menu of hot classics - like the clubhouse wrap, beef dip, and all day breakfast bun - and build-your own-sandwiches.
We source and process the best ingredients we can get our hands on. This includes free-range poultry; grass-fed, non-medicated beef and pork; free-range eggs; organic flour; and unsalted butter. Our turkey and beef are roasted in-house using quality cuts. When in season we also source fresh local produce. This includes herbs, vegetables and berries from our permaculture garden & honey from our very own bees!
Royal Bay Bakery is solar, green and sustainable. We have solar panels for ovens, on-demand hot water and an electic vehicle charging station. We use energy efficient ovens and lighting. For many years in a row we have received the highest Green certification from the Vancouver Island Green Business Certification.
